Linking graphics. You can link graphics instead of inserting them, to reduce the file size.

A relative path designates the location of a file in relation to the current working directory, as opposed to an absolute path which gives you the exact location but a relative path is a shorthand form of the path names, requiring a set directory structure but not a fixed root directory.

A organisational chart makes confusion less likely and also makes planning for future expansion more successful. An organisational chart clearly identifies a company characteristics so that both employees and third parties can understand the make up of your company. It will identify the number of people working in your company.
